From your first message to your final gallery, we handle everything with intention and care. Here is exactly how the process works.

Reach Out
Fill out our inquiry form with your wedding date, venue, and any details you want to share. We respond within a few hours with availability and a personalized recommendation.

Consultation
We schedule a brief phone or video call to learn about your day. We talk through your timeline, your priorities, and which photographer from our team would be the best fit.

Booking
Once you are ready, we send a simple contract and a 30% retainer to hold your date. From there, your photographer begins preparing for your wedding.

Pre-Wedding Planning
Two weeks before the wedding, your photographer reviews the venue, the timeline, and any specific requests. If your package includes an engagement or formal session, we schedule that 2 to 4 months before the wedding.

Your Wedding Day
Your photographer arrives 15 minutes early, stays calm, and moves with the rhythm of your celebration. No stiff posing, no missed moments. Steady, intentional coverage from start to finish.

Your Gallery
You receive a sneak peek of 15 to 20 images within 1 to 2 weeks. Your complete gallery is delivered within the timeline listed in your package, every image individually edited and color corrected. Full resolution, unlimited downloads. They are yours.

How would you describe your photography style?+
Clean, natural, and true to life. Bright open exposure, real skin tones, soft contrast. No heavy filters or trendy toning. Our goal is imagery that looks just as beautiful in twenty years.
How many photographers will be at our wedding?+
Each package includes one experienced photographer. For larger weddings or ceremonies with limited angles, you can add a second photographer for $500.
How many photos will we receive?+
Essential (4 hours): 300+. Classic (6 hours): 500+. Signature (8 hours): 700+. These are minimums, not caps. We focus on quality and coverage.
Do you offer engagement and bridal sessions?+
Yes. Classic includes one session (engagement or formal). Signature includes both. You can also add either session to any package for $350.
What happens if our photographer gets sick?+
We are a team, not a solo operation. If your assigned photographer has an emergency, another team member trained to the same standard steps in. Your wedding is always covered.
Do you travel outside Utah?+
Yes. We have photographed weddings across the western US. Travel fees apply for destinations more than 2 hours from Salt Lake City.
