Booking
A signed contract and a 30% retainer reserve your wedding date. The remaining balance is due thirty days before the wedding. Until both are received, your date is held on a soft basis.
Coverage
The coverage hours, location(s), and number of photographers are documented in your contract. Additional hours can be added before or on the wedding day at our published hourly rate.
Delivery
Edited galleries are delivered within four to six weeks of the wedding date for standard packages. Rush delivery (within two weeks) is available as an add-on. We do not deliver unedited or raw files.
Cancellation
Retainers are non-refundable. If you cancel more than ninety days before the wedding, no further balance is owed. If you cancel within ninety days, fifty percent of the remaining balance becomes due.
Image rights
Couples receive full personal-use rights to all delivered images. Utah Photo Co. retains copyright and reserves the right to use delivered images for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Liability
In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or any circumstance preventing us from photographing your wedding, our maximum liability is limited to a refund of fees paid.
Disputes
Any disputes arising under this agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Utah and resolved in good faith between the parties before any other action is taken.
